Today the first beans pop-up store in the world opened its doors. On the Gelderlandplein in Amsterdam one can step into the world of beans during five days. Foodie Miljuschka Witzenhausen and chief cook Luc Kusters (Bolenius Restaurant, Best Vegetable Restaurant 2015) opened the store with a bean trial lesson. A children's jury chose the brownie beans as the most delicious bean dish. The pop-up store is an initiative of Albert Heijn in the context of the International Year of the Bean.
